Lodgin is available with heat and air conditioning, full baths, beds, and more. Beckridge now offers lodging in a remodeled ranch house on the bluffs above the Mississippi River - just minutes from the Preserve. This house can accomodate up to six people. Larger parties can stay in our office/lodge where up to twelve can sleep in comfort on extended length bunk beds. RV Parking Available.

We offer half day, one day and multiple day
hunts, on a reservation basis.
Warm up clay shooting is available on premises.
- 1/2 Day Hunting Package:
Mornings: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon
Afternoons: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
5 pheasant or 7 Chucker released:
$110.00 per person.
- Full Day Hunting Package:
Mornings: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon
Afternoons: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
10 pheasant or 14 chuckar partridge released:
$220.00 per person.
- Individuals with their own dogs are welcome. Each hunting party is given its own field.

Beckridge is accepting dogs for boarding
and/or training. For those who would like
to have thier gun dog ready to go before
the season starts,
give us a call.
Jim’s goal is
to bring out the
natural ability in
your hunting
companion.
His shorthairs have pointed and retreived
thousands of birds over the past 18 years.
If you are looking for a pup, started, or
finished dog, please give us a call.

Resident and nonresident hunters
born after January 1, 1972, must satisfactorily
complete a hunter education
course in order to obtain a hunting
license. A hunter education certificate
issued by another state or certain foreign
nations will meet the above requirement.
proof of completion is required when
purchasing your first Iowa hunting
license.
Non-resident licenses are not required
to hunt at Beckridge. Special preserve
licenses are avilable either online at
www.wildlifelicenses.com/ia or on the
premises. The preserve license may be
used on any preserve in Iowa. Proof of
either an Iowa hunting license, nonresident
license or preserve license is
required when hunting.
All licenses are valid through the
January deadline.
